  1. PHON has strangely confirmed they won’t be contesting Bundamba, one seat they could’ve actually won with LNP preferences. But now it’ll remain a very safe Labor seat.

  2. Labor held Bumdamba even during the 2012 shambles. I doubt anyone could seriously have threatened them this time.

  3. No real interest here. The ALP could put a monkey or a frog on the ticket and still win this seat comfortably.
One Nation have declared they are not running and the LNP are still to name a candidate so not much interest here at all

  4. Jo-Ann Miller causing problems for Labor by publicly getting all “BFF foreva” with Pauline Hanson.

I assume she wouldn’t publicly defect before the election even if she wanted to…she needs the ‘Labor’ brand in a seat like this. But after the election, if it’s very close, I wonder if she’d jump ship to help ON and the LNP….

  5. Bundamba would have been a high One Nation voting area had they run someone, not sure it hurts her at all. Certainly not in her seat. Maybe in some inner Brisbane seats yes.

  6. Probable One Nation gain … Miller showed her hand yesterday. Win or lose, Labor would be mad to keep her in their ranks after Saturday.
