  1. Correcting one howler by me in this podcast: it is Tony Mulder not James Walker who is a mayoral candidate for Clarence (and is currently leading very narrowly during the preference throw). Mulder is a former Liberal who was an “independent liberal” MLC but lately votes more on the left than the right in Clarence council and has a lot of stoushes with arch-Liberal Brendan Blomeley, his rival for the mayoralty.
